The company operates the Henan Province Internal Combustion Engine Piston Engineering Technology Center and, leveraging its affiliation with the Zhongyuan Internal‑Combustion Engine Components Group, has established long-term industry–university–research collaborations with institutions including Zhengzhou University, Henan Polytechnic University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Henan University to jointly develop cutting-edge technologies, processes, and materials. The company employs 46 R&D personnel, accounting for 16% of its total workforce, and allocates approximately 4.5% of its annual sales revenue to R&D expenditures.
