Production capacity
The company’s main product lines include piston series from Isuzu, Cummins, Yunnei, Dachai, Yuchai, Weichai, Chaocai, Xichai, Luotuo, as well as Japanese Mitsubishi–Iveco and Caterpillar models, among others—covering a wide range of domestic and international specifications. In recent years, with a strong emphasis on new‑product R&D, the company has introduced a series of innovative pistons—such as internally oil‑cooled pistons, pistons with non‑standard pin bores, tin‑plated surface pistons, phosphated surface pistons, and laser‑grooved ring‑groove pistons—which have won widespread acclaim from customers both at home and abroad. Currently, the company has established a large‑scale production capacity of 3.5 million pistons per year and over 1.2 million sets of various four‑component assemblies. Its product portfolio encompasses 68 series and more than 260 variants, supplying over 20 major OEMs and providing spare‑parts support to more than 360 repair shops and distributors nationwide. Certain products are exported directly to markets in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Chile, and Southeast Asian countries and regions.
