Henan Zhongyuan Piston Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in the production of engine pistons for automobiles, marine vessels, construction machinery, and other applications, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. Through several years of development, this young and dynamic enterprise has become a key player in the automotive engine piston industry within Henan Province. As of the end of 2011, the company’s total assets amounted to RMB 93.73 million, and its output value reached RMB 78.42 million. The company currently employs 465 people, including 166 technical personnel holding at least an associate degree—accounting for 35.7% of the workforce—alongside six senior professionals (1.3% of the workforce) and 95 mid-level professionals (20.4% of the workforce).
